It's important to note that the if the returns & exchanges are not caused by our fault (quality problem, color difference, wrong shipment), customers are responsible for the return freight.

When we receive your returned items and determine that they are in returnable condition (new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original internal garment tags), refunds or exchanges will begin.

RETURN POLICY – PET PRODUCTS

Our products are made with love and care for pets, but we understand that sometimes they may not meet your expectations. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can submit a return or exchange request within 7 business days from the order delivery date.

To initiate a return/exchange, please email us at info@pawsolaris.com and provide the following details:

• Order number

• Name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange

• Reasons for the return/exchange

• Photos of the item(s) clearly showing their condition and attached tags

We will review your request within 48 hours and provide further instructions. Once your return is approved, you must send us the tracking number or shipping receipt within 7 business days of the approval date. If we are notified after this time frame, we will be unable to process your request.

We only accept returns for store credit (gift card) or exchange. Returned items will be refused if they do not meet all of the following requirements:

• Item is in its original condition, unworn, and in original packaging

• Item has no dog hair or any other animal hair attached

• Item has no odor (including pet odor, perfume, deodorant, smoke, or any other scent)

• Item has no stains, dirt, or marks of any kind

• Item has not been chewed, scratched, torn, or otherwise damaged by your pet

• Tags are still attached and original packaging is intact and undamaged

• Item has not been altered or modified in any way

• A receipt or proof of purchase is available

Any items returned without prior approval will be refused upon delivery and sent back to the sender.

Returns 
Once we confirm the returned item meets our requirements, we will email you a store credit (gift card) valid for 12 months.

Items that are non-returnable:

Anything that is non-sellable, has ANY AMOUNT of dog hair on it, has been worn, has been altered, tags removed, original packaging either torn or missing, damaged by you or your dog, any sort of smell, or stain.

Anything that specifically says on the item that it is non-returnable.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot return the following:

Bedding – Any Sort

Treats – Any Sort, including cakes, treats, supplements etc.

Carriers

Stairs or Steps
Feeders, Bowls, Treats Jars etc.

Toys- Posh Puppy Boutique cannot guarantee the longevity of any toy.

Potty Training Products- this includes Panties, diapers, belly bands, Potty Pads, or Fake Grass

Exchanges
If the replacement item costs more than the original, you will need to pay the price difference. If it costs less, we will issue you a gift card for the difference.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective (e.g., broken parts, stitching issues), please notify us via email within 7 business days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a store credit equal to the value of the item.If we are notified after this time frame, we will be unable to process your request.

Will I get charged a restock fee?

Sometimes we will need to implement a restocking fee depending on the item and we will let you know if the item(s) you’re returning will incur a restocking fee of 20%. We will let you know this prior to returning an order.

• Final Sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.

Size Guide – How to Measure Your Pet

Choosing the right size is the key to your pet’s comfort. Please follow the guide below and use a soft measuring tape to measure your dog while they are standing naturally.

1. Neck (NECK)
Wrap the tape around the base of your pet’s neck, where the collar would naturally sit. Leave enough space to fit two fingers between the tape and the neck for comfort.

2. Chest (CHEST)
Measure the widest part of your pet’s chest, usually right behind the front legs. This is the most important measurement for clothing fit.

3. Mid (MID)
Measure around the middle part of your pet’s body, between the chest and the belly.

4. Belly (BELLY)
Measure around the narrowest part of your pet’s belly, usually in front of the back legs.

5. Body Length (BODY LENGTH)
Measure from the base of the neck (where it meets the shoulders) to the base of the tail. Keep the tape straight along the back without following the curve.

• Always measure your pet while standing to get the most accurate results.

• If your pet is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.

• Do not pull the tape too tight; your pet should be able to move and breathe freely.

• For growing puppies, consider extra space for growth.
